Princeton Pumpkin

Tonight we carved a pumpkin, just in time for Halloween.  This was Jon’s first time ever carving one, which made it an extra adventure.  I found out that he really hates slimy things, so I ended up cleaning out the inside while he came up with a carving design.  After a little research we decided on a Princeton shield, which Jon executed beautifully!  We’re still showing our tiger spirit out here ;-).

And we saved the pumpkin seeds and baked them for a tasty snack too!
