Spring Snow

Since writing my last post, something of a most alarming and dreadful nature has occurred … we got more SNOW.  I laugh to think how excited I was at our first snowfall of the year last fall, and how un-excited I am now.  As much as I would like to think this is unusual weather, no one here seemed very surprised.

Disclaimer: I am including this picture for the sake of photo-documenting our first year here, NOT because I am in any way happy about snow in April. Sad face :(.

The one good thing about a relapse of winter, was I had an excuse to try a new recipe for French onion soup.  It got a little burned on top, but it was warm and tasty…
