Pumpkin Patch

Fall is in full swing in South Bend, and today Jon surprised me with a trip  to the pumpkin patch near us.  After more than a month of busy weekends and too much homework, we were both ready for a day off, and it was a gorgeous day to be outside!  We enjoyed choosing a pumpkin to carve, as well as a few more for pie-baking and decoration.

Jon had fun taking  pictures of all the varieties of pumpkins and gourds.  Such beautiful colors!

We also got to explore a corn maze!  My first one :-).

It was a wonderfully relaxing date day!
